Produced with superior quality Prosecco DOC grapes, Rocco Venezia harvests
manually in early September right at the end of the dry hot summer months;
when the grapes have reached the ultimate ripeness from the soil, sun and
unique climate. Resulting from the natural fermentation, Rocco wonderful
sparkling wines are first made using the Charmat (autoclave) method of
vinification and then for several more months in the bottle.
