Gourmet pasta 500g - Riccette (small spirals)

This pasta is shaped like a small spiral. It is made by traditional artisan methods. It is bronze drawn, resulting in a porous dough, which blends well with any sauce.

The drying out process is very slow (30 hours) which keeps the value of proteins, gluten and vitamins.

This pasta is good with tomato or Bolognese sauce, or simply with one of our naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oils, and Parmesan cheese.
