La Giustiniana produces two single vineyard Gavis, each unoaked so that the character of the vineyard shines through in the wine. The Lugarara is the most open of the two, as befits the sandier soil in the vineyard, but it has good richness on the palate and nicely moderated acidity. This Gavi di Gavi Lugarara is fresh and clean with good concentration on the palate and mineral and citrus notes. It has good richness and nicely moderated acidity.
