Delivery Charges
Rocco Venezia Ltd makes sure that all goods despatched leave our warehouse in perfect condition. All goods are packed with an external protecting packaging. Unless specified, all deliveries are carried out by courier apart from deliveries in Edinburgh City boundary where we try to make the delivery with our vehicles.
Delivery areas
Rocco Venezia Ltd standard delivery service covers only Britain mainland (all postcodes in England, Wales and Scotland apart form northern Scotland, north of Inverness). Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, please contact us. Delivery time
For orders received before 13.00 PM, we normally deliver within 2 working days. Please allow maximum 7 working days. If you have any queries please email us at sales@roccovenezia.com or call us at 0870 8034914.
The delivery is normally untimed, that means that the courier can arrive any time between 9AM and 5PM. Should you require the courier to deliver strictly AM or PM there is an extra delivery charge of £5.50.
Rocco allows you to choose a preferred delivery date, we aim to deliver within two working days of your preferred date.

Standard delivery charge £8 free for orders over £130.00 Edinburgh City boundary delivery £3 free for orders over £70.00 For both deliveries, should you require AM or PM delivery there is an extra charge of £5.50 (this charge is independent of the total cost of your order). All costs include VAT
Delivery information
Please indicate a secure place (for example, in the garage, or the porch) within the delivery address where the driver can leave the parcel at your own risk so the parcel can be delivered even if you are out. Should you not be at home, and there is no indication of where to leave the parcel, the driver will leave a ticket with a telephone number and the tracking reference and take the parcel back to the depot. You then have to call them to know the status of your delivery and arrange a new delivery.
